Did not work, unable to activate when i got in Hungary. Tried to call on 150 which link to the app. Unable to engage service. Ended up getting a Vodafone prepaid at near local shop. Wasted my $$ :(

These SIM cards are excellent value and easy to use. I have been buying them for a long time as they are much cheaper than topping up.

I have added some photos to show how simple it is to activate these SIM cards. Well, once you know it is simple.

Once you have inserted the SIM card, go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status or open your web browsers and you will automatically be directed there.

The first screen will show that you have no data and no balance - do not worry! Click the activate now button.

You will now be directed to the register and activate screen. Registering is simple, just type in your details.

Next click the Activate now button and you are done.

You can use the same EE link to keep track of much data and time you have left.

I've used probably nearly a dozen of these SIMS for my M7350 mifi device and they are brilliant! I put it in the car and the kids have data for games, apps, etc. and I have some peace on longer trips. I also use it for work, as I live in rural farmland and the connected ISP speed is sub-1Mb...this EE SIM will produce 50Mb download and 40Mb upload in my "double-speed" 4GEE location. Superb speed and flexibility.

They are extremely easy to set up, as many people have stated (don't know why some have issues?!?), all you do is insert the SIM into the device and open a browser...the EE registration page pops up and in two steps (1. Register, 2. Activate) you're up and running. Simples!

Handy tip: the SIM will allow you to go over by 250Mb, so don't throw it out once you've hit your 6Gb limit...this consistently works every time for me using the M7350's inbuilt data measures.

Thanks EBS Telecoms for selling these at this pricepoint; my only wish is that they would sell higher data volume preloaded SIMs at the same cost-effective price structure, ie. £2.49/Gb for the 6Gb SIM vs £4.48/Gb for the 24Gb SIM.

In summary, a fantastic product from a superb, reliable and prompt seller...thanks EBS Telecoms! (Just ordered four more!)

I didn't activate or even open this sim for 2 months but when I did the Status page said 2 months had been used, and the remaining data wouldn't work. There was no opinion to activate the sim, unlike other EE data sims I previously ordered from Amazon (EBS) all of which worked fine even after being stored for 12 months, before activating. Rip off. Money wasted.

having bought these sims for £15 each after two weeks I bought a phone as my other phone was hacked and guess what these sims DONT WORK IF YOU DONT USE THEM AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM O2 HAVE A EXPIRY DATE NOT EE DONT TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT THEY DONT WORK AFTER 14 DAYS PUT ONE SIM IN COULD NOT USE PHONE ASKED ME TO TOP UP AND I HAD ONLY JUST PUT THE SIM IN THE PHONE BRAND NEW SEALED PACKAGE ITS A BLOODY RIP OFF THATS £45 FOR THE SIMS AND £40 SPENT TO TOP UP ON THE TOP UP CARD DONT BUY THIS CON

I've bought a few of these over time, for use in a MIFI in my car to use DAB radio. Over time these things have crept up in price, (14.39>19.99) but unfortunately, (as seems to be the norm nowadays with big corporates and rubbish service), the performance has deteriorated, it's forever cutting out. This item now joins my other items as part of the big 21st century technology cons.
Won't be buying another one.
