About the authors
Lauren is a Canadian dietitian and food-lover. She was diagnosed with IBS in 2014 and uses a modified low-FODMAP diet to manage her symptoms. She recently moved to Edmonton, Alberta, where she loves spending her free time drinking tea, exploring the outdoors, laughing with friends, and daydreaming about food. Audrey Inouye is a Canadian Monash FODMAP-Trained Dietitian, soccer mom and travel addict. She is passionate about helping people with digestive disorders and food intolerances find healthy, wholesome and delicious foods to love. The recipes use a lot of peanut butter and or maple syrup so are quite sweet. Found the sauces to be quite thin maybe a miscalculation due to changing between cup and grams. Basic principles work but these recipes are additional work and not quite to my tastes.
