Product description

Review

"I love Taylor's approach to cooking for two: 30-minute healthy meals that aren't fussy. This is what we all need more of! This book is a celebration of simple and approachable recipes you'll want to eat day after day. The 3-Minute Microwave Vanilla Almond Granola rocked my world, and the BLT with Basil Mayonnaise is a dish I've been making on repeat--they're delicious! I can't wait to cook my way through this entire book."--Philia Kelnhofer, author of Fast and Easy Five-Ingredient Recipes: A Cookbook for Busy People, and creator of sweetphi.com

A fantastic addition to anyone's cookbook collection! Taylor's inspiring recipes make cooking healthy meals at home fast and easy--and most importantly, they taste incredible. Whether you're looking for a quick and healthy breakfast on a busy morning or a savory dinner meal, her dishes demonstrate that using real foods can be nutritious while bursting with flavor. I love the section on Vegetable Mains, and her Cauliflower Chickpea Curry is a favorite at our house. Cooking delicious and healthy meals at home just got easier!--Suzi Hinck, MS, RDN, LD

This excellent book shows us that small batch cooking doesn't have to be complicated or time-consuming. With delicious recipes from Chipotle Lentil Stew to Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites, Taylor Ellingson's collection is sure to please all eaters!--Sonja Overhiser, author of Pretty Simple Cooking and founder of the blog A Couple Cooks
