This does have a lot of ideas for recipes, but the measurements seem erratic, there are a lot of misprints on the quantities , and some of the directions look like translations from foreign languages "something lost in translation" which makes them sound daft.
If you have cooking experience you will be able to adapt the quantities but an absolute beginner would find it difficult.

Interesting and worth a lookReviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 October 2020
Maybe a bit naive but I didn’t expect the book to be so American cuisine based. Most of which are highly calorific. That said I will try some of the less calorific recipes and will no doubt be pleasantly surprised as I love my air fryer and I am constantly trying new things.
Excellent 500 recipe book for air fryers.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 January 2021
Excellent 500 recipe book for an air fryer. Set out in simple to understand step by step instructions with illustrations at hand. Very fast dispatch and delivery. Highly recommended.
Even being free not worth it.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 March 2021
The book was free to download but it reads like it was translated poorly into English. The recipes are all over the place with bizarre combinations of flavours and very poorly written instructions
