High-Quality Picture, Sound, and Ethernet in 1 Cable:
Delivering clear, vibrant video, the AmazonBasics High-Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet meets HDMI 2.0 standards, which means it considerably expands bandwidth up to 18 Gbps, offers 4K@50/60 (2160p) video resolution (four times more clarity than 1080p/60), and supports the wide-angle theatrical 21:9 video aspect ratio.
The cable also offers dynamic synchronization of video and audio stream: it can deliver two video streams (dual view) simultaneously and up to four audio streams simultaneously. Even more, the HDMI cable supports up to 32 audio channels and up to 1536 kHz total audio. CEC extensions provide increased command of your electronic devices through a single control point.
The versatile cable’s built-in Ethernet allows for sharing an Internet connection among multiple devices—no need for separate Ethernet cables. Enjoy HD video and digital audio combined into one cable with the Ethernet-ready High-Speed HDMI Cable from AmazonBasics.
Gold-Plated Connectors for Superior Conductivity:
The AmazonBasics High-Speed HDMI Cable’s gold-plated, corrosion-resistant connectors (A Male to A Male) deliver optimal signal transfer with lower distortion at the point of contact. This dedication to the digital signal provides sound and picture quality that is truer to the original. The HDMI cable also comes with a durable, black, PVC outer layer and shielding, which protects against outside interference, helping to maintain the integrity and purity of the digital signal.

I then downloaded some 4K HDR demos online (you can google this), transferred to my NAS and played them back using Plex on the Nvidia Shield. The videos were HDR Rec.2020 4K UHD 60fps.
A-MA-ZING. The setup works very well, the Kinivo provides a "boost" to the signal. Since I had this switch already, I opted to use it to boost the signal over the copper cable instead of buying a very expensive and long optical HDMI cable which are going for about £150+.
I cannot praise these Amazon cables enough. Not all of them are thick, only the long cables are because it's necessary to avoid signal degradation. I know they are good because my Denon AVR has a cable testing function where I can plug both ends into the AVR and it will test the bandwidth and signal quality, all the three Amazon cables passed the test on full 4K quality, I'm playing back stuff with no degradation in the imagine, no ghosting or funny colours, no artifacts, nada! Works perfectly.
Would definitely recommend the cables, great value for money.
No need to buy more expensive jazzier Leads As the thing with a digital signal Is that if the signal is broken or weak there will not be a signal on the TV at all unlike analog signals where they may be fuzziness on the TV screen like when TV signals used to go through the analog antenna system.
A more expensive lead will not give you any better picture quality. You either have a picture and sound Or you don’t with digital.
The long cable is certainly very stiff, but that makes it durable and in many ways easier to use (it isn't constantly snagging on furniture), you've just got to be careful. The short cable I use to link Bluray player to TV.
Currently, they are used with a number of different consoles, a HTPC and a soundbar with no problems.
