Very comfortable. Poor stitching

I ordered 2 floats, 1 of 2 came with torn seams to the pillow area. I sent it back the same day and they sent me a new one. It hasn’t been a month and the pillow tore again. The floats are only used for the pool they get rolled up and put away when they are not being used used. They were not abused. I have only used it about 3 times.
Update- they sent me another new again so we’ll see.

Poor Quality Control...

Opened the box and product seemed alright, but I didn't open the manufacturer's packaging at that time. I went to use it 4 weeks later and upon opening the actual manufacturer's packaging and unrolling the item noticed the top seem that holds the pillow was frayed and pull apart all the way across the seam. Very poor quality control. Naturally I was past the possible return date. I would like the product if there was better quality control.

Pillow sleeve is low quality

The pillow sleeve on this mat tore loose from the stitching the first time I laid on it! I am 5'5" and weigh 125, so I am not too heavy for this mat. The stitching is not secure enough to keep the type of material from pulling loose. The mat is super comfortable so I am sad that this part of it is such low quality. I may try one more just to see if this one was defective. If it does the same thing I will get another brand.
UPDATE: The same day I posted this review, Amazon showed up at my door with a new floatie! Even though I was disappointed by the quality of this product, the second one seems to be ok so far and I am amazed at Amazon's quick response...that's customer service!!!

Great alternative to inflatable floats

I bought 2 of these floats before a family houseboating trip on Lake Shasta. They take up more space in the car than a deflated floatie, but there are ties and a handle to make it compact and easy to carry. The floats have an inflatable insert for the pillow, and the rest of the float is made up of foam rods (like really skinny pool noodles) sewn into channels. They are comforable to float on, although you end up more submerged than with some other inflatable floats. (Which was fine with us, it helped us beat the heat.) Since the trip, we have been using the floats in our pool. I can see us using these for a few years, as opposed to fully inflatable floats that get holes in them and have to be repaired or thrown away. You could also use the floats to lie on the beach, but I can't see using them as a yoga mat (as one of the photos on the package shows) - that would be really bumpy and uncomfortable. The only downside I found was with the quality of the stitching. On the first use, the stitching came apart along a seam by the pillow. Once I got the floats home, I noticed that the other one had stitching coming apart along two of the channels. Both are repairable, but I don't like having to fix something so new.

Not durable

I bought 2 of the roll up pool floats for ease of storing. Supports your weight great and is comfortable. The problem is durability not even a month of ownership the part that has the inflatable headrest detached from the part you lay on while I was laying on it. The other one is fine so far but doesn’t make me to confident it will last. The stitching must be terrible. Without the headrest the one is no good to me.
