The unit was smaller than I expected, however that has not been a problem - they say good stuff comes in small spaces and I think that is accurately reflects the UT210E meter. It is reasonable build quality and feels nice to handle. The case is cheap and nasty but good enough that I can live with it.
I primarily purchased because I wanted to measure low current (milliamps DC) but occasionally I wanted to use it on the car etc for higher current applications. The current clamp was the key aspect since I have another meter that can provide all other tests.
The manual specifies that it is accurate to 1 mA, so I was interested to test this out. I have a current limited power supply which I used to see how that compared along my old multi meter as a comparison. I was impressed to see that it was consistently accurate with my experiments - I used a few resistors and voltage measurements to see how well it worked and it seems more than accurate for what I need - I would say the accuracy is certainly better than +_10 MA and would believe it could be as accurate as the 1MA the manufacturer claims!
I am always amused to see they also rate the test leads - many years ago I tested leads at work against their rated values and just about every test lead started smoking when I put the maximum rated current through it. These leads are not the best quality - but that's Okay as I would rather use the clamp meter anyway.
I have yet to test the AC current accuracy but feel confident it will also be accurate to +_ 1MA as specified, or at least close enough for my needs.

Buying clamp meters can be a bit of a minefield in that many imply they can measure DC current with the clamp and they cant they can only measure AC current .This one can do it all and lots more besides and it fits easily into the hand.
The problem with the car was that something was discharging my new car battery overnight ( the car had done 123,000 miles).I put the clamp meter over the battery earth lead and something was taking 3 amps.I put the mini clamp meter on the alternator lead and it was that what was taking the 3 amps.Obviously one of the alternato diodes had failed.I picked up an alternator from a vehicle scrap yard for £20 fitted it - problem solved
The other thing I used it for was to check standby loads of electronic equipment on our house electricity supply.
on the 2A DC range you can see 1mA 20 A 10 mA and if the direction of the DC current changes a minus sign comes up.
I think the mini clamp meter is a credit to the design team and it is so easy to use

Expect some drift and frequent zeroing needed on DC current (especially on the ultra sensitive 2 Amp range which can detect currents of just a few milliamps in the test wire!). This is totally normal for any DC clamp meter. It is the physics of how they operate. Earths magnetic field and nearby stray magnetism can easily disturb the very sensitive Hall effect sensor.
The capacitance meter function is also great and accurate and covers a pretty wide measurement range.
This must be the best such meter available even at more than twice or thrice this price range.
very small (<30mA) DC currents are difficult to read repeatedly unless they can be switched off and the meter zeroed, and the Earth's field will always have to be nulled out with any dc clamp-on. AC is fine and most low cost clamp-ons cannot do DC at all. A good buy.
Feels like quality and is pretty accurate for what I need.
There are some hacks to be found on you tube which I will implement to extend the range.
There are also some hacks you can do to improve accuracy as the amps increase.
