One of the main reasons for the purchase was in fact the color screen which just makes it that easy to read. The 2nd reason was the one-handed operation which I very much preferred over the dial ones. I really liked and enjoyed the ability to be able to select different functions with only one hand.
It has 6000 counts which is fair at this price range and would be the minimum I'd purchase at this day and age. In terms of features, it's on par with most others in this price range (nothing fancy though). It also has a belt clip at the back; however, it's way too small/short and weak/soft (almost broke mine when trying it) for it to be useful (but I don't use it anyway).
Note: I later determine what's wrong with the LCD; the connections to the LCD screen came loose (pulled apart inside the casing) whenever the lead was inserted/clipped onto the meter. Somehow this only occurred recently and I've never even dropped the meter (not even once) so I'm unsure what changed.
All things considered, it's a little one-handed and versatile meter with plenty of functions that's very easy to work with. Its [almost] pocket size makes it relatively easy to carry it around as well.
