I purchased this cookbook for a friend. it had varied and approachable recipes. I was surprised by new recipes that seemed pretty straightforward but certainly not ones i had prepared before. Nice way to do tasty things with your garden goodies.
Good cookbook for those just beginning Vegan eating. But beware! Too much reliance on Soy products. Most make that mistake . Soy is not good for your body. Once in a while, (a week), maybe. Eat more veggies. Soup, salads, stir-frys, marinara pastas, curries, etc.
