These seems to run small in general, leg bands are small as well. I am 5'8 135~ pounds, and had to buy the Large after trying the Medium. I would size up. Besides that, these are really comfortable, now I know my size, I would repurchase.

Finally settling on the 3xplus was the winner although the tape measure says I should wear a smaller size. Due to a health issue I am unable to tolerate smaller.
