Can you believe that I was told by 5 supervisory managers that my high end doorbell can and will NEVER work with my buddy 2021 ring video doorbell but by simply refusing to take no for an answer and dusting off my “creating simple circuits” book from when I was 12 years old I proved them wrong and everything is working perfectly.
This project was so unique that Amazon mistakenly recommended the wrong components which I tried at first just to confirm my hypothesis. Thanks to their easy return policy I ordered what I felt / knew my project actually needed to work from a physics and electronic circuitry perspective…
As you all know Amazon Prime never disappoints and I had my new components in less than 24 hours in addition to the refunds for the items they recommended which through trail and error I proved beyond a reasonable doubt were incompatible.
Nevertheless, you have to just LOVE Amazon Prime because they are just as happy helping you succeed as you are and in the process they eliminate all the red tape one usually encounters and they make things right by you in the best and fastest way possible which has always been my Amazon Prime and experience :0)
So the moral of the story you APDIYs (Amazon Prime Do It Yourselfers) out there that I learned in retrospect is to never doubt your heart and gut feeling about your DIY project because 9 out of 10 times if you can visualize it, then gosh darn you can build it :0)
Seeing is believing, pleased take a look at my two mechanical doorbells that I successfully hardwired to the one mechanical doorbell recommended by Ring (and extremely inexpensive) and I was still able, thanks to refusing to give up, to successfully hardwire my expensive (three Benjamins) European Doorbell from Ireland!!
