I received the monitor with huge crack on the screen. Rather than replacing the monitor for me when I reach out in the first instance, I was bounced around between Harris Technology and BenQ to get a case number. I had to proactively contact via email and wait on the service line - eventually they send me back to Amazon to initiate a refund process when they could've advised in the first instance. Must say, it's a simple request handled very poorly by Harris Technology.

My initial impression was not good because the display only lets you use the on screen display when it is receiving a video signal. It can also be a bit slow noticing a new input signal which makes switching between machines while one is rebooting a bit annoying. However, the available connections, display port and USB-C are really useful and both work well with G-sync from my RTX2080 using either a display port to display port cable or a USB-C to USB-C display cable.

The viewing angles are quite disappointing if you sit less than an arm's length from the display but, a bit further away, where I sit running some of my games, it looks fantastic. I have it mounted on a monitor arm so I can easily put it in just the right position for each game which removes all the viewing angle problems. It would have been nice if the USB-C display cable had been longer.

I had trouble getting my 2012 iMac to talk to it at better than 1080p but that was resolved using the display menu app so I could select the 59.9Hz refresh rate required for 2560x1600 or 2560x1440. I did have to connect the iMac to the display using a thunderbolt 2 to 3 adaptor to connect to a thunderbolt3 dock and then using the USB-C cable to connect a thunderbolt3 port to the display. If the USB-C cable was longer I would have connected it to the USB-C port on my RTX2080 and used the existing display port cabling to plug in the iMac.

If you do not sit too close, the picture is really good, the USB-C port is really useful if sharing the display between a PC and a Mac and the price is really good for what you get.

Normally My preference is 24" = 1080P, 27" 1440P and 32" for 4K. I bought a 27" 1080P 144hz monitor reading reviews that you can see the pixels and 27" is too big. Maybe that was the case a while ago but this monitor is amazing!

The colour reproduction is spot on, bright and not overly saturated. I esp like the Cinema HDRi Mode - colour is just perfect. The menu is a small joystick at the back making it a pleasure to just fiddle around with the settings (hate the updown etc arrows). Gaming in 144fps, theres no tearing, HDR settings are awesome for FPS and 1ms response is perfect.

Great monitor for PC or Next Gen 120fps 1080P gaming!

I like the designed model and silver colour of the frame and stand. But appearance does not live up to the same expectation for functionality and quality of the picture. USB Type-C port of the monitor I bought did not work (rather faulty) and BenQ technical support seemed to avoid the request for return under warranty. I managed to returned my EX3203R through Amazon and get my refund.

If your budget is around $700, I would recommend to buy Samsung/LG for better quality of picture. And if you need a USB-C connection, please spend $20 to get USB C to HDMI Adapter Cable 4K 60Hz. It's working like a charm!

FLAWs: not very bright could be a brighter display and have an additional USB-C port. Does not charge the MacBook whilst plugged in which I was disapointed by as it slowly drains the battery although it 'says the laptop is charging'.

EW3270U - der Augenschmeichler zum attraktiven Preis

Da bei mir nun Homeoffice dazu gekommen ist und das Laptop leider Probleme mit der Auflösung des LG 34UC88-B hatte, musste eine Alternative her. Schon alleine der Preis von aktuell ~400,00 EUR war ein Kriterium, neben den durchweg positiven Bewertungen und der Tatsache, dass ich seit kurzem mit der Schreibitschlampe "BenQ ScreenBar" mehr als zufrieden bin. Also lag BenQ nahe und ich war sehr gespannt ...

Geliefert wird das gute Stück relativ unspektakulär, schön an dieser Stelle ist der Umstand, dass BenQ noch Kabel beilegt. D.h. ein Displayport, ein HDMI und ein USB C Kabel liegen bereits bei und auch ein externes Netzteil hat der BenQ nicht - volle Punktzahl an dieser Stelle.

Da ich persönlich seit Jahren einen Monitorarm nutze, habe ich den Standfuss ungenutzt wieder in die Verpackung gelegt. Der VESA Anschluss ist vorhanden und der Monitor ist ein echtes Leichtgewicht (lt. offiziellen Angaben 7,5 Kg netto ... ohne Standfuss kommt er mir aber definitiv leichter vor). Somit passt er super an den Arm und ich bleibe flexibel.

Als Anschlüsse weist dieses Modell 2x HDMI, 1x Displayport, 1x USB C, einen 3,5mm Ausgang und den Netzstecker auf. Schade, hatte ich irgendwie mit einem USB HUB gerechnet. Aber für den Preis ist das in Ordnung.

Für ein Multi-Screen-Preset eignet sich der BenQ nur bedingt, sind die Ränder mit ~1,4cm doch relativ dick. Und auch die Bedienung, die durch 5 Tasten am unteren, rechten Rand erfolgt, spricht eher für einen business Anwendungsbereich. Ebenfalls das Menü rührt in Erinnerungen an DOS und frühen Anwednungen ... dennoch erfolgt alles intuitiv und eigentlich selbsterklärend.

Darüber hinaus unterstützt das Panel HDR (über eine dedizierte Taste an der Front - Erreichbarkeit und Funktion top!), eine Farbtiefe von 10 bit und eine Auflösung von 3840x2160 = UHD, was Standard im Medienbereich ist (echtes 4k wären 4096x2160). Als ausgesprochen angenehm empfinde ich den automatischen Helligkeitssensor und das Eye Care von BenQ. Gerade bei langem Arbeiten bzw. zocken macht sich dieses erstaunlich positiv bemerkbar, ermüden die Augen doch merklich weniger. Zwar wird dadruch das Bild ein wenig blasser, wärmer und "stumpfer", was in Office- bzw. Webanwendungen aber überhaupt nicht auffällt und bei Filmen/Games bietet das Preset einige vorgefertigte Setups, die schnell und unkompliziert ausgewählt werden können.

WICHTIG: UHD bzw. 4k ist kein Allheilmittel und nicht immer beste Wahl. So lange man z.B. Windows nutzt, ist das upscaling relativ homogen und ausgereift. Und auch beim Zocken (so lange das Game die Auflösung unterstützt), ist alles tutti. Wer allerdings, wie z.B. ich, dedizierte Business Software nutzt, dem fällt schnell auf, dass man zwar in der Auflösung auf 150% skallieren kann, dies aber eher suboptimal funktioniert und teilweise Anwendungen ziemlich komisch angezeigt werden (z.B. manche Elemente, wie z.B. Buttons, extrem klein - dafür aber andere wieder groß). Dafür kann der Monitor logischerweise nichts ... dennoch sollte man es vor dem Kauf wissen bzw. sich Gedanken machen, was der Einsatzzweck sein wird.

Auch bietet das Panel mit 300cd/m² Helligkeit und einem Kontrast von 3000:1 heutigen Standard und mir als Gelegenheitszocker reichen die 60Hz und 4ms Reaktionszeit absolut aus. Dass die Lautsprecher zwar ihren Zweck erfüllen, aber in keinster Weise tiefen und satten Sound generiern können, ist bei allen flachen Panelen kein Geheimnis und es ist schon schön, dass wenigstens welche an Bord sind.

Aber kommen wir zum Panel:
... dass es Unterschiede zwischen VA und IPS gibt, ist ebenfalls nicht unbekannt, dennoch bevorzuge ich persönlich tatsächlich VA. Warum? Weil mir der tendenziell höhere Kontrast und Helligkeit, neben den "natürlicheren" (= nicht so poppige) Farben einfach besser gefällt. Und in diesem Fall bzw. bei meinem Modell (ACHTUNG: gerade bei Bildschirmen gibt es teilweise massive Unterschiede, selbst bei der gleichen Produktlinie bzw. Produktionsreihe. Somit gilt diese Aussage lediglich für mein Modell ... wobei alle positiven Bemerkungen für einen homogen hohen Standard bei BenQ sprechen) ist die Ausleuchtung top. Keine Lichthöfe, Ghosting und/oder Artefakte ... top. Games (Fallout 76, Metro Exodus, The evil within II & Skyrim V) laufen mit meiner nVidia 1070 flüssig und es macht einfach Spaß, auf dem Monitor zu arbeiten, zu schreiben, zu zocken oder einen Film zu sehen.

Fazit:
Ich kann es an dieser Stelle kurz machen, ich bin voll zufrieden. Für einen attraktiven Preis bekommt man hier einen super Monitor, der am meisten mit seiner Grundeigenschaft, nämlich dem Panel punktet. Dennoch ist die Ausstattung ausreichend und vollständig und ich würde ihn mir jederzeit wieder kaufen ... eine klare Empfehlung!

Horrible monitor, I'm a competitive gamer and the picture and colour are nice but the ghosting and motion blur are just horrific if you are playing a fps game and are doing anything other than running in a straight line forwards you have no chance of even seeing anybody let alone shooting them. It's enough to make me feel nauseous, I've come from a 27 inch tn panel to this and the gain in colour is just not worth the loss of fluidity

Modèle GL2580 - Un écran au design épuré et soigné. 1ms, du son, presque un sans faute.

Je recherchais un écran pour PC performant, pas surdimensionné, peu profond, avec de belles finitions car il trône sur un bureau près du salon style scandinave. Il répond parfaitement à cette fonction. Le socle et l'écran son franchement beau d'un noir mat, écran presque sans bord, le socle est même tramé. Sublime.

Côté encombrement : L'écran est tout de même assez grand 24 pouces, ça fait environ 56cm de large pour 33 de haut (hors pied qui l'élève de 10cm). Je pense que c'est aujourd'hui un très bon compromis. Si vous cherchez à le fixer au mur, il possède le standard VESA qui vous le permettra.

Installation triviale du pied et du moniteur. Le pied est en forme de T, il occupe très peu de place devant l'écran et assez peu derrière. Je vais même peut-être ne pas fixer l'écran au mur.

Côté performance : Il dispose d'une vitesse de rafraichissemnt de 1ms. Il faut viser en dessous de 4ms pour les jeux, là, c'est le sans faute :)

Côté connectique : HDMI, VGA, Line in et Casque.

Du son : Je ne voulais pas m'encombrer d'enceintes. Cet écran en possède de façon intégrée. Elles sont totalement insibiles, je ne les vois pas. Seule la connectique (casque + line in) ainsi que le menu de configuration du son trahit leur présence.

L'image est belle avec 4 modes d'affichages pré-enregistrée et simplement accessible pour adapter au mode d'utilisation : Bureau, Web, Multimedia, Lecture.

Pourquoi une étoile en moins sur l'érgonomie ?
Celà concerne uniquement le côté pratique de l'emplacement des connectiques pas très facile d'accès pour les branchements. Une fois en place, on y touche plus, c'est vrai, mais pour la prise casque, c'est plus embettant. Mais il fallait choisir entre esthétique et trou en façade ou sur les côtés...

Je vais essayer d’être bref, je suis resté quelques années sur samsung, et sur asus, mon dernier moniteur etait un modèle assez récent, le MG28UQ de chez ASUS, et j'ai décidé de changer suite a l'acquisition d'un oneplus 7 PRO ou la gestion du DCI-P3 fait toute la différence pour moi au niveau de l'écran, je souhaitais un rendu plus naturel que les samsung par exemple et un résultat qui se rapproche au maximum de l'écran de mon OP7pro et me suis orienté vers le BENQ pour la gestion du DCI P3 et le prix (acheté 309.99€ au moment ou j'ecris ce commentaire).

Tout d'abord, je précise que l'emballage est vraiment complet et solide (il le faut, les livreurs ne sont pas tous tendre avec les colis).

Le pied n'étant pas réglable, j'ai opté pour un support Vesa qui coute une 30 aines d'euros, sur Amazon également, cela permet de gagner un peu un profondeur, car je suis passé de 27 a 32 pouces.

L'installation s'est déroulée sans aucun accros, j'ai commencé a suer un peu au moment de la mise en route...

J'ai essayé plusieurs modes par défaut, (qui ont tendances a booster la luminosité) et j'étais très déçu, a envisager même le retour de l'écran...

Après avoir tâtonné un moment, voici la procédure que j'ai appliqué pour avoir un résultat que je juge tiptop :

1 installer les drivers disponibles sur le site de BENQ
Il faut savoir que par la même occasion est installé un profil couleurs spécifique a l'écran

2 Dans les paramètres affichages windows, désactiver la gestion du hdr par windows (il le laisse activé en permanence)

3 je suis équipé d'une carte gtx1070 ti de chez nvidia, dans le panneau de configuration nvidia onglet résolution, mettre les couleurs sur vraies 32 bits 10bpc et plage dynamique complète (en profiter pour activer la compatibilité Gsync)

4 Sur l'écran :
- faire un reset de la configuration (onglet systeme)
-regler la langue sur fr
-mode image : user
-luminosité : 25 a 30
-contraste : 48
-Finesse : 8
-température couleurs : Bleuatre
-teinte : 50
-AMA . élevée

Je n'ai rien fait d'autre et j'ai appliqué cette configuration sur mon pc portable du boulot et mon perso, je suis ravi du résultat pour l'instant que je trouve tres naturel et proche de mon ONEPLUS7 PRO. Le hdr est activé manuellement via le bouton dédié quand j'en ai besoin.

Je précise également que l'ensemble des reviews disponibles sur le net indiquent que le meilleur résultat de couleur constaté avec les sondes est a basse luminosité, je ne comprend pas pourquoi le fabricant la pousse autant.

Je rajoute également que la sortie casque, que j'ai utilisé pour brancher mes enceintes bose et puissante (bien plus que chez asus) c'est vraiment un plus non négligeable, le son est de qualité.

Je precise également que j'ai incliné l'écran pour les angles de visibilité, je trouve le résultat satisfaisant.

Ich habe nach einem Monitor für sowohl den PC als auch die PS4 Pro gesucht und entschied mich den BenQ EL2870U zu testen, da ich bereits gute Erfahrungen mit BenQ hatte. Als Benchmark diente mein alter BenQ XL2411Z.

Die Farbewiedergabe ist gut, es gibt zahlreiche Einstellungsmöglichkeiten am Monitor selbst, was ich sehr schätze, da bpsw. die PS4 keine bietet und am PC die Einstellungen im Control Panel von den Spielen teilweise verworfen werfen. Die UHD Auflösung sieht sehr gut und sauber aus.

HDR ist bei dem Monitor relativ sinnlos, da in den meisten Fällen die Helligkeit einfach nicht ausreicht. Bspw. Destiny 2 sieht schrecklich aus auf dem Monitor, genauso wie Call of Duty WW2. Ähnliches Problem hatte ich mit meinem alten TV, welche in HDR nur 400nits bot. Einzig God of War sah mit HDR auf dem Monitor toll aus, hell und mit satten Farben. Ich denke, dass es etwas mit der Implementierung zu tun hat, man muss ich aber darauf einstellen, dass bei 95% der Spiele HDR deutlich schlechter als SDR auf diesem Monitor aussehen wird. Am PC habe ich HDR mit Assassins Creed Origins testet, war ebenfalls nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Farbwiedergabe war gut, kam jedoch nicht an das Panel von meinem alten XL2411Z ran.

Zu guter letzt sind 60Hz für mich deutlich zu wenig, vor allem weil ich 144Hz gewohnt bin, aber das sollte jedem vorher klar sein. Für die Konosle würde sich der Monitor noch eignen, aber für den PC ist er für meinen Geschmack einfach zu langsam.

Ich habe dem Montiro 3 von 5 Sternen gegeben, weil er für den Preis einfach zuwenig bietet. Wer nach einem UHD Monitor mit 60Hz sucht, ist bei Samsung Modellen mit Quatum Dot Beschichtung und ohne HDR deutlich besser aufgehoben.
