I've marked this down though as it was produced in 2012 and hasn't had any further editions, so is now very out of date. Quite a lot of functions aren't available anymore like google adword analytics, and google reader. Plus there are a ton of new social media tools that are coming out that it (obviously) doesn't mention, which considering the primary function of blogging is to be social, it kind of leaves the reader in the dark ages. It still mentions MySpace as a viable social platform.


I'm really happy with my purchase and after reading a couple chapters and flipping through the book, I'm convinced it will serve me well as a long term reference when it comes to blogging!
