‘Broken Trust’ continues on from book one ‘Broken Wings’ ends. Now you’ve read book one and you know that Riley has been betrayed/set up, she was “blackmailed” into killing someone to save her bf Dante. If you haven’t read ‘Broken Wings’ stop reading this review right now, close this page and look it up and read it, right NOW!

Riley has had her life flipped upside down, threatened, almost killed several times, thrown into a world she doesn’t understand. Just when she started to feel like a part of the Delta group she is pushed into something she wants nothing to do. Now betrayed by the Delta guys Dylan, Jasper, Evan and ‘boyfriend’ Beck, Riley needs to protect her bf Dante and save his life.

I enjoyed reading this book much more then book one ‘Broken Wings’, I especially loved Beck’s povs. But I did find that Riley had lost some of her bada** chick mojo that she had in ‘BW’. I found her to be contradicting herself, whiny, and a bit of a hypocrite, but towards the 50% mark she was back to being the Riley I enjoyed reading. The guys were great as usual, there overly protectiveness was cute to see. I started to dislike and distrust Dante in ‘BW’ but I feel there is more to his story than what this duo authors have shared so far. Also Deb*tch must meet her end soon. The twist, turns and revelations had me glued to the pages.

Can’t wait to get into ‘Broken Legacy’. Well done ladies, really enjoying this series.

Love this series. Tate and Jaymin know how to write raw, gritty, angsty and all consuming romance.

After the betrayal at the end of Broken Wings it is going to take some convincing to get Riley back on side with the guys and especially Beck.
Beck being the possessive alpha a-hole he is isn’t one to back down when it come to getting what her wants and Riley is what he wants. He is very OTT protective/possessive where Riley is concerned.

What an emotional rollercoaster, I felt the betrayal Riley felt with guys. All the ups and downs.

Holy moly!! The twists and turns in this book had me excited for each and every page.
POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD
Riley is in way over her head. Just when I feel she is getting a grip on it, more doubt and questions arise. I don't know who she can trust, i would love to say the guys, but I'm still not sold completely. This book does end with a cliffhanger, but don't let that stop you. I have a feeling the next book is going to be a hell of a ride.

Honestly I don’t normally read dark romance/billionaire high school drama - it’s just not my cup of tea, however I’m a huge fan of Jaymin Eve, I’ve read everything she’s written and for me this series shows her writing skills in a whole new way, the co write is awesome! This series is dark and twisted with evil characters and heroes who aren’t knights in shining armour, more like lethal assassins who live in the shadows and the story has so many twists and heart ache that it had me gripping my kindle tightly and holding on for the ride!! Riley is a very well written character; her pain and emotional journey through the story is fantastic. The Delta Heirs are brutal with a constant need to keep up appearances I enjoyed seeing them through Riley’s eyes as she stood up to them and what they did to her in book one. As with most dark romance stories this book does contain triggers that some readers many struggle with. The chapters from Beck POV were a highlight for me and I really hope he gets more in book 3. There is another insane cliff hanger at the end of this one that will leave readers begging for more!!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

I was desperately waiting for book 2, when I was so lovingly gifted a copy, I bought one too, but I think it was all a ploy to break me!

I thought book 1 was epic, and that ending but book 2... the way you seed the Delta heirs take on the world, the way they rally, and I love that Eddy is finally getting some time in the sun too.

I realise this is cryptic AF, but I don’t want to give anything away. Though I would like to swing a hammer at Dante’s danglies atm. (I finished the book mere minutes ago).

I can’t even... just go read it, you’ll see it was worth it.

I loved the boys and the loyalty they felt towards one another. We are thrown back into a world of death threats, hate and family dynamics that a psychologist could write a whole thesis on. It turns out in this cut throat world they can trust no one but each other. A great second installment to the series, these authors write a world that is addictive, dark and deadly, and that revelation at the end - wow!

This is fast paced, angsty, dark bullying. May be disturbing to sensitive readers. I read it in a day.

Reilly is now really thinking more with her head and a little bit less with her heart. And has understood where the boys were coming from.

But, there's more lies and deceit to uncover.

I had a feeling about Dante, but didn't want it to be true. I truly believe that he cares/loves her deeply. He only wants her safe.

Can't wait until August for Broken Legacy! I need it now!!
