A slippery con: ButterReviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 March 2018
I feel 'conned' because the description of this pamphlet has been rewritten by Amazon after I received my order. To charge £10 for merely 23 conventional recipes, all with American measurements rather than metric ones, does not reflect well on Amazon. In fact, "paperback" should refer to the binding of a publication (the spine) and this pamphlet has no spine -- only two staples.

Disappointed...not a book!Reviewed in the United States on 8 November 2017
The cover is really cute...but this is a pamphlet, not a book. It has no spine and is a few sheets of (bright blue) paper stapled together. I was hoping to get the full collection of these but they're very overpriced for what they actually are.

Dorie Greenspan is the best. This slim paperback volume contains worthwhile information, good recipes and is fun to read.

Mr. Tony Clifton
This is a pamphlet on butter.Reviewed in the United States on 24 November 2017
It's not a book, it should not be classified as a "book", it is a leaflet or a pamphlet, anything but a book. I have seen thin magazines with more content than this. I have seen tourist guide books with more information than this! Don't bother this rip-off!

ShoddyReviewed in the United States on 12 November 2017
I agree with the first reviewer. This was not worth the price I paid for it. I expected a lot more in content and quality. Very disappointing. I’m a big fan of Dorie Greenspan but I’m afraid this one left me cold.
