Review after few months:
--Software interface sucks
--Why they even have a mobile app? it sucks seems like someone did not put a lot of thought into it.
--Can not even cut a clip from the video .. not very user friendly.
-- it's a big deal to take out a small clip
I wish I can get money back so I can buy another brand and pay someone to install it.
4K HD DVR-5580 + 2TB HDD, replaced a 5 camera Nest wifi system. I am very happy to have ditched the expensive annual storage subscription to Google and spotty wifi connection. The mobile app has a few glitches with playback, I assume that these will be resolved over time. The DVR interface is functional. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Swann DVR and cameras; it is so much better than a wifi system.
