This is a sweet read. Anna has been I'll dive she was born. She has over protective parents and she longs to make her own decisions. When her father accepts a hunting party invitation at the Duke of Richmonds castle Cragshead Anna did not want to attend, but Anna falls in love with the peaceful surroundings it seemed to offer. She decides to venture out on her own to take a walk to the lake, but gets lost in the castle on her way out. But when she mistakenly steps into the Dukes private study the Duke arrives before she can leave as mistakes the Duke for his secretary/land agent. The Duke does not correct her, but when he finds he us falling under her spell he k does he needs to tell her who he is. Edward is only holding the hunting party out of obligation to the Dunedin and is determined to avoid the debutante that will come with their families determined to catch the most eligible bachelor of the ton.
