I have used this set multiple times now to remove small gaskets/o rings from equipment. They performed this task without any trouble, having all four shapes on the set I found extremely helpful as I was able to change the angle of my attack simply if I was unable to get it with my first choice.
Pro's: The tips are very sharp and although are not thick metal they are very stiff and strong feeling, pay extra attention not to stab yourself when using these as I'm sure they will pierce skin very easily.The handles are made out of a hard acrylic so that oil or grease will not deteriorate them, this also makes them easily to wipe off after completing work.
The only negative thing I could say about this product is that the handles are not very large, you notice it when you pick them up. However once using them it is not really noticeable at all.
Overall I am very satisfied with this set of hooks and picks, the finish and construction are very nice- they give me the feeling that they will stand up the test of time and I look forward to using them.
