So our love for this cookbook...which also includes a 28 Day kick-start to a healthy lifestyle, exercises, wellness planning began with its purchase on Kindle for a whole dollar.
I figured I could give a couple of the recipes a try...but wasn’t expecting much.
Since then, we’ve purchased a paper copy for ourselves & another for a family member.
We are now on Week 4 of the meals & have only been disappointed in one breakfast item called Overnight Oats.
Not only are the meals scrumptious...but the pounds are coming off, we are not hungry between meals...and there’s an added bonus for me as a Type 2 diabetic...my blood sugar numbers are great & I’m able to cut my insulin dosage by a third!
These are pop-in-your-mouth taste sensations...almost all the seasonings & dressings & sauces are created by you rather than being store bought & full of additives. Nikki Behnke is a real chef. Her real recipes are fun to make, super healthy, & the leftovers are just flavorful & welcome on the palette.
Get this book with sensible lifestyle plans, 75 yummy recipes, & some simple, at home, customizable workout plans. You will be very glad you did!
Everything we have tried was a winner and we are working our way through each recipe.
