Don't be a dungus like me and buy this... get something else.
The item itself is made of rigid plastic and the power connector curves on itself, I imagine after a few weeks use it'll break as you have to remove the pack from the controller in order for the software suite to recognise it, constantly doing this, adding packs and changing settings isn't good in my personal opinion.
Not to mention also, you have to subscribe to get the full benefit which isn't much but it's still 15$ per year, in my opinion this should be free, or at least have community created exports for people to use.
I tinkered for a good couple of hours and got it all working, but this isn't for me.
Works brilliantly. Take some time to look over the manual. Couple of pages but to get the best out of it you must set it up correctly inline with the game you want to play, ie fortnite, call of duty etc.
