It is the first time I bought goods from Amazon shopping. I bought this controller for my dad’s PS4. When he got it, he was playing ASSASSIN’s CREED VALHALLA, he told me the screen is crazy shaking when he open the map with the touch pad click. I wanted to change it for my dad but he said he can try to use it because in the other game nothing happens. And today he told me it is totally broken. I write this just to tell you guys don’t buy the cheaper fake electronic products online please. Go to EB GAMES and the got the promotion as well.

My controller wont even connect for god sake, I've tried everything on the web from holding the options and the middle button on the ps4 to connecting the USB to the ps4. Honestly I just want to send this controller back as soon as possible since its completely unusable. I recommend you buy the ps4 controllers from a store (even JB-HI-FI) because buying an expensive product that actually works is better than a cheap product that doesn't.

BEWARE IS ALL IM TRYING TO SAY.

Good look and feel to the product, the only thing I dislike is how stiff the triggers feel (R2/L2) Have to press them all the way for it to work rather than half way makes it a bit more challenging for those competitive games. Other than that, it's an excellent buy.
