How to use :
Step1: Wash your hands and the bottle
Step2: Place the nasal rinse salt and 37 degrees of water into the bottle . Close the cap and shake the bottle
Step3: Standing in front of a sink,bend forward to your comfort level,tilt your head down. Keeping your mouth open and without holding your breath, place nozzle snugly against your right nostril. Press the valve on the bottom of the bottle, the liquid will flow out . Release the valve and stop the water . No need to squeeze the bottle
Step4: Now repeat step 3 for your left nostril.
Remember to breathe through your mouth, not your nose.
WARING : DO NOT RINSE IF NASAL PASSAGE IS COMPLETELY BLOCKED OR IF YOU HAVE AN EAR INFECTION OR BLOCKED EARS.

Je vous donne ma façon de procéder, je précise que je suis infirmier.
Acheter de l'eau de source (pas d'eau du robinet, pas d'eau minérale), cristalline par exemple en format 1,5 litre.
Acheter sur Amazon une petite balance de précision, ça coûte une grosse dizaine d'euros.
Acheter du gros sel.
Prenez la bouteille de 1,5l, retirer 3 cuillères à soupe d'eau de la bouteille (il y a en effet toujours un peu plus de 1,5 l dans une bouteille) mettre 14 g de gros sel, remuer et laissez bien fondre le sel. Garder toujours cette bouteille au frigo. Elle pourra vous faire plusieurs jours sans risques.
Tous les matins, remplir la bouteille de votre irrigateur nasal avec l'eau qui sort du frigo, le mettre un peu au micro-ondes, contrôler la température avec le doigt, ça doit être à peine tiède.
Laver une narine avec la moitié de l'eau, puis l'autre, en gardant la tête penchée sur le côté et gardez la bouche toujours ouverte.
Très important, ne vous mouchez pas tout de suite, attendez 1 minute pour bien laisser fondre les sécrétions, et mouchez vous.
Rincez votre accessoire au robinet.
Cette façon de faire est celle qui me semble la moins chères, la plus sécuritaire (eau bouteille propre et maintenue au frigo), dosage de sel précis (on doit rester à 0,9g par litre ou légèrement hypertonique ce qui est le cas).
