They're a little thin

I purchased these as the supposedly "compatible" off brand ones, are not compatible with actual Dymo machines. And that's because Dymo use a DRM system, which by the looks of it, is some form of magnetic ink printed on the back of every label.
So, of course Dymo charge more than printer manufactures do for ink, for small rolls of thin card stock. And it is thin. That's probably the worst thing about these, is just how thin the cards are. The off brand ones are marginally thicker and it's noticeable. They feel sturdier.
These print nicely, and do what they're supposed to.
Marked down due to the rubbish DRM that Dymo use and how thin they are.

Bought these directly from Amazon.au in September 2018 when they were priced under $12. At that price they were good value for money instead of typically being overpriced in Australia.
I've been using generic labels due to the markup in Aus and don't see any worthwhile difference other than a branded box on the Dymo product.
It's odd the price more than doubled after I bought them.

What I like about Dymo products is their quality and their fitness for purpose, what I dislike is the cost.

These labels are a good example of the above statement, they are perfect for the purpose of attaching addresses to parcels, they never give any problems feeding through or printing from my Dymo Labelwriter but they are very expensive for what they are - a roll of 220 sticky labels.

I've owned my LabelWriter 450 Turbo for ten years now, and during that time I gave in to temptation and purchased the much cheaper 'compatible' labels. Once, but never again. Sure, these genuine Dymo labels (this review is for the 36 x 89mm 'large address' version) are expensive, no doubt about it. However, they actually provide good real-world value when you take into account the following:

Unlike the 'compatible' clones they never ever jam in the printer, the print is always a solid black across the entire label, they are a decent 'thickness' and not thin and finally, every label is as good as the one before and after rather than playing a game of label Russian roulette.

I really like these labels.

I have just noticed Amazon combine reviews for these so this is for the transparent labels...

I often do mailings in bright coloured envelopes and these work very well as they are transparent (think the magic scotch tape look)

This is of the white labels

They are bright white, have strong adhesive, and the print shows up as jet black. The adhesive is strong and yet they are, with great care, peelable

They are great for labelling storage boxes, envelopes and other related uses.

With the transparent ones, you do need to clean all hairs and any fluff from the surface first or it shows through, and put them with care to avoid air bubbles, but they give a really professional look.

I'm not happy at all!
Firstly, you can not print anything (picture, logo or write anything etc) full paper as the one you see outside the box (nice and cover all the paper edge). The left paper will be left blank for about nearly 1cm and you can not go futher. Also after finding the source of problem, I found that it due to the paper has to run through the cut door so it has to be kept nearly 1cm outside of the printer head
Secondly, not only you can print only 1 side of the paper but also the back of the paper is covered by Dymo's logo and black print dot and you can not remove those thing, that's not professional at all and really annoying event with personal use (in self adhesive labels you can peel of the back paper with the logo out)
Really not worth the money!
