My daughter purchased this box to lock away some personal items to keep them out of the hands of her sister. The box arrived with no instructions on how to set the combination. After a quick search on Google we found some posts and followed the instructions. However, once setting the combination as per the instructions we found we were unable to open the box. I understand some folks have had success with this product but I saw a lot of posts from people having similar issues, although I don't know if they also received no instructions. Rather than fighting with it I simply returned it. Thankfully it was empty when we set the combination. Thank you Amazon for a seamless return policy.

Poor quality cover

This design was more expensive, however, the 'book' cover was printed on a home-colour printer. Stick with the Amazon basics model, as this one just looks silly cheap and home made.

Après deux utilisation, la clé ne fontionne plus. Le coffre forte c'est un morceau de métal qui ne protège pas contre le Feu, Ni contre l'eau, Ni contre les voleurs. Comme la clé ne fontionnel plus après deux outilisations, j'ai pu ouvrir le coffre à l'aide d'un objet en metal.
Fausse description de ce produit sur le Site. Ce n'est pas un coffre forte. Très dessus.

for a storage box that is supposed to be inconspicuous , having written the KING JAMES WERSION makes it ridiculous . If you don't care that everyone will know its a safe go ahead. but otherwise, what a waste of money. it just wasn't worth it to return.

DO NOT BUY.Not worth the $. I dropped it by accident ,still in the box with bubble wrap & it still busted open, notches on the inside of the actusl safety box literally popped right off. Had these little white things everywhere.

I was so disappointed when I opened the box and saw it first thing I saw was that the cover could not close properly it was not aligned so u could see the metal lock without taking it up then when I tried opening it up the metal went all the way inside so I couldn't open it I had to use a knife to pull it up to open the flap doing so cause the cover to dent all over and now it cannot close properly using the code or even turning the knob....in a nutshell what I got was a busted safe and all my money went down the drain!!!!
