I thought the reviews were great. Only I don't know who these people are leaving reviews. I work with computers every day and after two days of fighting contradictory instructions on two booklets, I gave up. It's a piece of garbage and should - in this day and age - be User Friendly out of the box. My stupid phone can order me pizza, Facetime my kids and get me to Montana without a hitch but this thing? Foreign made with unintelligible instructions. Should've guessed the price was too good to be true...
Follow Up: The company customer service was very nice to deal with once we touched base. They are in China, so there is a delay. They bent over backwards to complete the return and offer me a replacement if I wanted one. They were super attentive and apologized for the trouble I went through. They were VERY pleasant to work with! The five stars is for the customer service and screen. The projector review stands.
