con: These meals are faster than a lot of recipes but I think that '10 min' presupposes that you already have the tools and ingredients all laid out and ready to go and that (as the prequel suggests) you have chopped and frozen some of the more commonly used ingredients like peppers, onion, and garlic (or maybe I'm just a little slow?) Just cooking rice takes more than the 10 min. a few recipes require or suggest.

Review written after downloading a galley from NetGalley and I also bought the cookbook as I liked it so much.
The rest of the recipes sound good too. I like that it's not the same old recipes in most easy cookbooks. And the photos are pretty great. It's a fun cookbook to have displayed on your kitchen counter.
One thing I also really liked were the tips in the first section. I thought the "gadgets for people who hate prep" was eye opening. And there were other cool tips like what ingredients to buy premade that are still healthy and recipes are organized by things like 5 ingredient ,one pot, no cook, and really fast recipes (under 10 minutes).
I'm definitely going to keep trying more recipes!
