5.0 out of 5 stars 'Tis the season for great plotting & lovely legit setting

I really enjoyed the 2nd book in the series. The author did a great job of lightly doing catchup for people who may have missed the debut book. Totally in the pocket of the genre, but the excellent whodunit makes it a standout. The setting is very solid and makes those of us who wish we knew the Cape better feel at home. The town's suspects are very rich and the mystery plays out well. Lots of xmas cheer too! An Eggnog to die for is a to-die-for cozy! Curling up with an easy, rich, and sweet cozy with my dog was an egg-cellent idea.
