Very sorry to have purchased this book as I’d assumed the majority of recipes for an air fryer would not only tasty, but also relatively healthy. No so. Many of the protein recipes alone are well over 400-500+ calories (some recipes are even higher) and that’s before you’ve started cooking any vegetables. Very disappointed but also grateful that I only bought the e-reader version. Quantities (cups/temperatures) are US imperial measurement.
Amazing! We have made chicken, pork chops, meatloaf, roasted potatoes and wonderful egg cups (using silicone muffin cups). One of the best purchases we've made. The meat was tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Great item.
