This is my first projector. I bought the English version. I found setup to be a little fiddly and the interface leaves a bit to be desired though once set upand the HDMI inputs are place first on the menu it becomes a fair bit easier to use.

It would be nice to install software on the projector though each attempt to install via the Play Store resulted in an error.

On the other hand it is fast to turn on and image quality is absolutely incredible with 4k content. I enjoyed watching the first 3 episodes of Altered Carbon after getting my projector screen set up. A really immersive experience.

FOLLOW UP:
Ok, the short story is after the occasional use for a few months the projector got stuck in an update loop. It would try install a new OS update, fail, start up then reboot again to try apply the update only to fail again. I tried factory resetting the device only for it to boot with no useable interface. Based on this I don't consider this a useable product. It's returning for a refund and I'm sourcing a new JmGO S3 projector. I'd have sourced a WEMAX A300 except for my experience with this one.

This is my first projector, so I may sound lame and naive. Personally, I am blown away by how brilliantly this projector performs. The colours are brilliant. I am not using any screen right now as its something I am hoping to grab in the near future and am projecting onto my wall which is off white. The picture still is really good. Dont feel like an urgent necessity to get a screen. I did face slight issues with the in built speaker. Slight crackling at times. But nothing major. I was planning to get a sound bar anyways, so not really a show stopper for me. Overall a solid 8.5/10. I do want to mention the absolute pleasure to deal with the seller. These guys are pros and have brilliant customer service.

It was delivered within 2 days, literally turned it on & it was ready to go. Once you change to English it was easy to navigate around the essential settings. Picture quality was fantastic however it does depend on the content. SD was ok, HD great, 4K not really sure if I'd know the difference btw HD & 4K. I have a PS4 pro & use that to watch content works perfectly. Plenty of reviews/ instructional vids on YouTube so do the research. Very happy with this purchase & it's delivery.

My wife hates having a TV in the living room so I bought this to replace it. The unit is unobtrusive which is perfect. Easy to set up to switch to HDMI on startup so using a TV box is simple. The picture is fantastic. Watchable during the day in a bright room and beautiful in a low lit room. Colours are lively even on an off white wall. Sound is fine unless you want to annoy the neighbours. Cooling fan is barely audible from viewing distance with volume at zero.
