Received this yesterday and already read lots of it and chosen recipes to try first. The measurements are American cups, but there is a conversion chart in the back. Some lovely recipes and great ideas for having your own bake sale.

Fabulous recipes! I love making bar cookies and brownies because they are so easy to make and serve. Can't wait to try more of the recipes included in this book, especially the Coconut Bars. Very creative recipes with ingredients you may have on hand or can easily find in a grocery store. I made the brownies already and now have a new favorite brownie recipe! I did cut down on the amount of sugar, but then I always do. Highly recommend using the 9" square pan, which all the recipes call for. I only had an 8" square pan and the brownies came out okay, but did take about 15 minutes longer to cook and were quite thick (but still delicious).
