Good Value For The Money

This is a very nice, well made, very functional Flashlight, especially for the $25.00 price. It appears and works like a flashlight costing 2 or3 times what I paid. The swivel head is a very nice option, along with the strong end-cap magnet This allows the light to be attached to a metal object for hands free use. The high mode light is bright, but won’t blow you away. The switch location takes a little getting used to, but definitely not a game changer. I will update this review if I have any difficulties, but don’t expect any at this point.

I do like that this has a magnet. I keep it stuck to my fridge ready to grab, and it's helpful when working on cars as I can shine the light right where i want it. That being said, the battery life is so atrocious that it's barely useable. I'm lucky to get maybe an hour per set? The last few months we only have used it a minute or two at a time to take our new puppy outside at night and just with that usage I've had to replace the batteries several times.

The two step switch would be better if the second is very dim, instead of just a bit lower. But after giving one to my son, I bought another for me.

Great light output, smooth swivel on the rotating head, and the versatility to take a rechargeable 18650 lithium ion battery or 3 AAAs make this a pretty good daily driver of a flashlight. I ended up picking up some rechargeable streamlight batteries after trying to use this light with AAAs because its can chew through them pretty fast, that's the only suggestion I have if you're going to pick up one of these.

Wouldn't use with 18650 batteries

Probably works good using the AAA adapter, but I bought it to use my 18650 batteries, which fit way too losely, if the flashlight is joleted hard enough, it appears the battery loses connection between the spring and positive terminal and won't turn on, have to remove the cap and back on to make it work again. Also the flashlight was too thick and long for my preference.

WON'T STOP BLINKING

I bought the N72 in September and it worked great. I like the construction, the ability to turn the light 90 degrees, and the strong magnet. But, after a month of owning it with minimal use, the normal high beam function won't stop blinking.

The various SOS and strobe functions work correctly when you press the button for 1.2 seconds, like the manual states. But, when you try to use the normal high beam, the light blinks three times, stays lit for for a minutes, and then will either repeat or shut off completely. USELESS. The only function that gives continuous light is the low beam setting, which isn't bright enough for outdoor use.

I could not find any documentation to correct this. I tried holding the button, removing the batteries. the normal high beam function does not work properly.
