I have a few of these inexpensive flashlights that run on the 18650 batteries and really like them. Here are my thoughts on this one.

Pros:
- Built in charging is a big convenience (the 18650 battery is still replaceable).
- The thumb switch on the handle (instead of the end cap) is a welcome change.
- Only has two brightness modes (high and low) and it remembers where you left it. I don't need to cycle through 5 different brightness modes after I turn it on just to get to high (which is all anyone really wants anyway).
- Strobe. It has a strobe effect but, come on, does anyone really use a strobe light? I list this as a "Pro" because it only engages when you "double click" the power button. It's nice that you don't have to give yourself a seizure from the strobe light as you cycle through the brightness modes like most of these flashlights do.
- The fit and finish is well done. No sharp edges like on some of these cheap flashlights.

Cons
- My only real critique is that there is NO WAY this is a 1500 lumen flashlight. It's still bright (it hurts to stare directly at it), but compared to an 800 lumen light bulb, it only lights up a dark room about half as much. I'd guess this is closer to a 500 lumen light. I have a 1500 lumen flashlight and this doesn't even come close.

I'd buy it again, it's a good light, but if you want/need a 1500 lumen light, look elsewhere.
