To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Looking for a plant based cook book but was disappointed with this as hadn't realised that it was American (my fault for not researching) so all the measurements are in 'cups' and tend to be for quite large numbers (I am cooking for one). Got fed up with trying to figure out the reductions so it has ended up in the charity shop. Bought the Bosh cookbook as a replacement which was a lot easier to follow.
Love the recipe ideas, loads to try yet but the ones I've done are tasty, love cooking and eating WFPB and this gives loads of inspiration. Only 4 stars because I do like photo's, we eat with our eyes first, would probably have tried a lot more by now if I could see what the dish is supposed to look like. Prefer How Not to Die cookbook, use it much more because I can browse through and feel hungry/inspired by the look of the food.
I found this a really good read ...very informative and revealing and easy to understand. I didn't like much of the recipes enough to try them but have used the info in the book in my food prep. I get my recipes using the same ethos elsewhere
