This book is ok...but I would have like more recipes that were almost the everyday type thing. A lot of the recipies, I would never make. I"m sure there are a lot of ppl out there that would love these...but for me, not so much. HOwever....there are quite a few recipes that I can't wait to try.

Very helpful for a new instant pot user that never has time to thaw frozen meat. Easy to follow recipes, some new ones I’ve never heard of.

I am totally new to this type of cooking and this book offers no master guide for cooking just a plain roast or ham or anything...very disappointed. I just want to get food on the table, I do not always want to make an immaculate creation!!

Very well written, this book gives lots of adaptable "road-map" recipes and great ideas for using your Instant Pot for quick meals. Don't begrudge the price, it's worth every penny.
