Learned how to cook with this book. If you can make fried chicken you can make anything. Did many of the recipes in the book. Problem is there weren't too many standout recipes. I feel like many of the Chefs altered their recipes. Either this- or I just wasn't so impressed with some of the spices. Fused a half dozen together to come up with one I liked best. I feel it's best to bake the chicken or boil in its marinade first and then fry only for a short period of time so the spices don't burn. Not sure why so few of these employ this method.
