Worth every cent.

I have to say, my expectations were initially low, off brand Chinese products don't inspire lots of confidence. Especially when I was sorting by price.

But this thing arrived in packaging that rivals Apple, it came with every cord or extension I could possibly need, along with a case and cover; the build quality appears top notch, it just worked straight away over USB C, including touchscreen features; and the screen quality looks great.

Would buy from this brand again, over brand name equivalents. Well done to the manufacturer.

I bought a more expensive Asus Zenscreen (MB16 AMT) touch screen with a built in battery. Although the Asus is matte, the screen is quite reflective. Although the Asus has a built in battery it still charges from the laptop, and without this charge the battery would only last about 2 hours. Once the charge was gone the Asus would stop working and there was insufficient charge from the laptop to recharge it, so basically it couldn't be used at all until recharged. Yes it was possible to run it from a powerbank, but that meant I couldn't use the touchscreen as it is the same connection cable. The final straw was the Asus constantly kept resetting each time a pop-up window appeared on my screen.

This G-Story is actually better than the Asus. The screen is better quality than the Asus. The screen is a proper matte and not reflective. The colours are about the same as the Asus but the colour grades are better. Black is black and white is white. The screen is nice and bright.

The Asus had a nicer control panel but the remote on the G-Story is good. Although for my set-up the G-Story needs three cables (the Asus needed two) this isn't really an issue. I can run the G-story off a powerbank and get more life than the Asus. I can run it off a powerbank and the laptop at the same time and I can also plug it in to the wall. The touch is good. I like this model as it has a built in adjustable stand.

I've not used the speakers much but I don't think they are too bad. My only grip is that it comes with a European charger and the sellers aren't interested in supplying a British charger. There is a year guarantee and I hope the seller will honour this if it goes wrong.

Die Bildqualität ist wirklich gut. Er funktioniert mit Samsung Dex und dem Note 10 Plus (nur Handy über usb-c angeschlossen) jedoch nur bedingt. Stellt man die Helligkeit z.B. nur ein kleines bisschen höher, so sturtzt es ab und startet neu genauso bei der Lautstärke. Lässt man den Sound über das Handy laufen funktiert es meistens stürzt aber manchmal trotzdem ab. Netfix schauen über Dex funktioniert auch nicht. Selbst bei extra Stromanschluss mit powerbank oder mitgelieferten Netzteil nicht. Auch das mitgelieferte Usb-c Kabel für die Direktverbindung mit der Switch und dem Handy sitzt relativ locker. Bewegt man das Handy zu viel geht die Verbindung verloren.Auch die Direktverbindung zur Nintendo Switch funktioniert bei mir nicht. Hab alles so gemacht wie vorgeschrieben (ohne Kontrolle anschließen) :( Auch die verbauten Boxen summen ziemlich laut.Man muss sie auf Mute stellen mithilfe der mitgelieferten Fernbedienung und am besten eine externe Box über Bluetooth verwenden.

Über HDMI funktioniert alles bestens. Dann hat man natürlich nur leider die Touchscreenfunktion nicht mehr. Als reiner 2. Bildschirm aber hervorragend. Das Zubehör (die Kabel, magnetischer Bildschirmschutz und eine Tasche, Fernbedienung mit Batterien) sind ungewöhnlich gut.

Der Bildschirm lässt mich mit gemischten Gefühle zurück.
