This easy to read book is a must for new parents/grandparents/childcare professionals. As a mother of 3 and a son who has significant disabilities, I wish this book was available when my children were in their first year of development. Such an easy to read guide for the fast paced changes that happen in the first year. As a third time parent I have appreciated the way this book is broken down by month and developmental area, very easy to understand for the short snippets of time I have to pick it up. It is laid out so nicely with the checklists for each new chapter. There are ideas, safety tips, suggestions and a place for notes.
