Quality - The book is a hard back cover very sturdy generally good quality.
Delivery - Was quick and prompt I was excited by this as I was eager to study what this book had to offer.
Performance - So I would advise you read the book through first you can skim over it generally but it does offer up some quality hints and tips on how to control your temperatures and heat. Once you have picked up a few helpful tips put them into practice. After this revisit the book and start to perform some of the recipes until you have your best (Beer Can Chicken was my personal favourite GAME CHANGER). then re light the coals for another night and put all your new skills and recipes together before long you will be the envy of all your friends, THE KING OF THE GRILL.
My advice is for novice BBQers looking to improve.
