The Hashimoto's AIP Cookbook is a must-buy for anyone suffering from Hashimoto's disease or looking to improve thyroid health! The dynamic duo, dietitian Emily Kyle and her chef husband Phil, provide a practical approach to dealing with Hashimoto's that's grounded in science, yet easy to understand. When eliminating foods, it can be difficult to create tasty and satisfying recipes, but by combining their strengths and knowledge, Emily and Phil have put together over 100 delicious AIP-friendly recipes.--Charlotte Martin, MS, RDN, CPT, shapedbycharlotte.com
In my years of experience as a dietitian, I've never run across a cookbook that made Hashimoto's AIP this easy to understand. I'm recommending this book to every client of mine who is aiming to heal Hashimoto's with AIP. This book is the key to unlocking any questions you may have about the disease, the protocol, and what recipes to make!--Tawnie Kroll, RDN
Emily and Phil's brilliantly matched expertise makes the autoimmune protocol delicious and approachable with easy, nutrient-dense recipes. Guiding you from elimination through reintroduction, The Hashimoto's AIP Cookbook empowers and offers encouragement every step (and tasty meal) of the way.--Lindsey Janeiro, RDN, LDN, founder of Nutrition to Fit
The AIP diet can be daunting and very restrictive for many patients with Hashimoto's. As a fellow dietitian, I can confidently recommend this book as an excellent resource for any patient who needs education and exciting meal ideas for starting AIP. Emily is able to rekindle fun and focuses on inclusion vs exclusion in the diet, which can be a turning point for sustainability & adherence with patients.--Lacey Dunn, MS, RD, LD, CPT
