Martin Kirk is a certified yoga instructor and a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. A former student of John Friend, the founder of Anusara yoga, Kirk is also Director of Teacher Training for At One Yoga in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a member of the Arizona Yoga Association and conducts yoga teacher trainings and workshops worldwide. Brooke Boon is owner and director of Studio Om in Phoenix, Arizona and is a Baptiste Power Vinyasa certified instructor.
