Don't pay twice

I purchased this item based on all the reviews and that it was fairly inexpensive. After a month the latch started to stick. I removed and lubricated the mechanisms and it still doesn't consistently spring back. I ended up purchasing a new Schlage lock for $150.00. My advice would be to NOT to buy this cheap product. In the end it would cost you double.

Cheap door handle comes with a lower price and shorter longevity but this one didn't even last two months (with sightly usage). I can't imagine how long it would last with a heavier usage... Pay more and get something with more quality.
