5.0 out of 5 stars Well organized, fun, and thought-provoking read
Reviewed in Canada on 12 January 2021
This is a great book. It neatly ties together loose strands with an easy, entertaining, and thought-provoking cadence. From the moment I saw, "Please read and sign..." I knew it would be a worthwhile read. Hadnagy keeps the insights focused and delivered through entertaining and crisp narrative.

Readers might also appreciate how the book encourages the reader to start with themselves. The principles are clear and practical, refreshingly without jargon, and will take a bit of practice. Nice way to start 2021.
