1182 times. Almost every sentence starts with Tempest this, Tempest thought that, Tempest said this.... I almost through my Kindle off my balcony because of this book.

Could have been a great book but dear god, the editor needs to be fired asap!

I have no idea how this book got this many 5 star reviews, if anyone had read it the star rating would be a lot less.

I read this book in one day. Tempest is oh so stubborn, but I loved her feminist voice in a not so equal world. As the only female Hound, Tempest gets put into situations that I’m sure a lot of women can relate to.

Fox is such a complex character and I can’t wait to dig deeper and get to know him more. The romance is one that leaves you aching for more. There’s still plenty of romance to be had in the next books, which just makes me impatient for the next one!

Amazing! Storyline is great, interesting, easy to follow and pacing is PERFECT. Some books like these are hard to read but the author has skill to make it an easy and enjoyable reading experience. The characters are believable and well written- they come to life and man the dialogue is so natural! The main character is a BOSS, whilst she’s naive at times it’s the cute and endearing kind of naive. She’s also really funny in my opinion- her one liners slap. The action had me on edge my heart was beating so fast, I can’t say this enough- this book is well written!! The author doesn’t just tell you what is happening, she writes in a way that you’re able to figure it out. My favourite part about this book is that the storyline ISN’T predictable!! It takes interesting twists and turns that are a delight.

And of course the romantic chemistry between the characters is so wholesome, believable and down right intoxicating. I loved this book so much I want to wait till the series is completed so I can binge read it all.. I don’t know if my heart can deal with an incomplete story for a few months!

I was in a bit of book slump before I picked up this book and this story pulled me out of it which was amazing , it captured me from the very first chapter, I love books that get straight to the story and fill in the information about the characters on the way it's so much more enjoyble for the reader. Another thing I loved was their was always something happening in the story and everything you read was relevant to the story as a hole it really was extremely well written and I want more can't wait for book 2.
