The audience for this book is more catered to people who are entering the work industry or other applications such as studying.
The information collated here form a good foundation for the basics around becoming aware of patterns and behaviours as well as offering some suggestions on how to apply techniques to support the desire to improve focus.
Nothing ground breaking, but good for newbies.

Do you messed up in your life?
Can you focus in one tusk for a long time?
Do you feel less creative while using technology?
Do you face a bad sleeping habit?
Do your lifestyle destroying your future, you know that but couldn't do anything?
If any of answer is negative then buy this book. This book is
1) Not a motivational book like telling you 'do this, do that' full of advice. This book is full of examples scientific experiments. Thats going to clear your 'why' needs to change yout habits.
2) while reading you can feel the hardwork made by author. Full of logical example.
3) You can relate your life.
4) It have full potential to change your life. No motivation it was journey of knowledge and realisation. It would be fun.
I am telling you such a way because this book changed my life. I am thankful to author.
And my last advice if you don't mind try to read this book with in 3-4days if you take 2 weeks then your mind cannot process whole knowledge of the book. Believe me the best part of this book is in middle, finish and apply. It would be fun. All the best for your better life.

If you are struggling with work/life balance this is a great book for you

This is a book of two halves. The first half which concentrates on Hyperfocus is excellent. It is packed full of good thinking and practical tools that are very useful. In fact as a coach I have recommended this book to several of my clients. The second half of the book is about scatterfocus which is about developing innovative thinking. I didn't find this particularly engaging and there are much better authors on this topic. Nonetheless, the first part is so good, I would still recommend buying even if you did as I did - give up half-way through.

This is the book you didn't know you needed! This book really has changed my life. I was recommended it by a YouTuber and it did not disappoint. Chris has really nailed the concept of "hyper focus", which is really important in this modern age where we have become so unfocused by our mobile phones, work environments and just waist valuable time. It will teach you brilliant tactics for focusing on your tasks better and along the way is packed with many gems to help create a better focused life; implementing tactics such as meditation, mindfulness and how you use your technology.
This book can be helpful for anyone, wether you work in an office and feel overwhelmed by emails, or work at home and feel your mind wanders. This book will help you.

Great book, most important thing I learned was about allowing moments of scatterfocus.
