I've had this case about a half year now, and I'm OK with it and it does a nice job protecting the iPad, which is the most important thing. However I've got a couple of "cons" to list. First, there's no real "typing position". you can lay the iPad flat, or stand it up in cinema mode. No deal killer for me, I got used to that, and when it's folded open the case makes a nice wide handle for holding the unit. The other is that, after about 6 months, the green fake leather surface is starting to wear, with lots of white spots showing through where the case was scuffed. It's a very thin layer of material that apparently won't last as long as the iPad will. Additionally the material seems to have stretched over time, causing a bubble in the top panel (see the picture, taken about 10 months after purchase). But despite that, I like the case and will use/abuse it until it's ready for replacement, which I predict will take about 18 months.Reviewed in the United States on 31 December 2014
Note that it does NOT have a magnetic closure so it does not automatically shut the iPad off. It does, however have a handy strap to keep it closed, although I don't use that very much.
It also has a useful pocket inside the cover to store a few sheets of folded 8-1/2x 11 paper as well as a few business card slots.
One last thing to note is how the case is apparently designed so you can pop the iPad holder out of the folio. It's incredibly hard to do that, and not worth doing anyways. Others have reported that repeatedly doing this weakens the plastic and ends up breaking it, so if you are looking at that as a potential feature, don't bother.
