Every time I follow a recipe from womans weekly I get delicious result. If you are learning to cook, I highly recomend the womans weekly cook book series. Just carefully follow the instructions. Professional chefs have a taste library in there heads and adjust the ingredients as they go. Amateurs, such as my self, don't know how the meal should taste and rely on the recipe. I think all the recipes in womans weekly have been very well tested and that's why you get a good result from the first go.
