Compatibility: contrary to some other reviews I've had no issue using them on a Mac (MacBook Pro, High Sierra) either with or without the USB dongle. The desktop software works fine on the Mac, as does the firmware update process, although the headphones have to be connected via the USB cable for that.
I generally use them with the dongle, but they pair just fine with the Mac using regular bluetooth and I've had no problems streaming music or making calls. Most of the time I have these paired to both an iPad and the MacBook, and most calls are made using the iPad. Pairing to two devices works flawlessly and the headphones switch seamlessly from one to another when a device initiates an audio stream.
Sound quality: very good. Although primarily intended as a headset for telephony, the sound quality when listening to music is actually pretty good, and noticeably better sound and more dynamic range than a cheaper pair of bluetooth headphones I have. Audio quality for voice / video calls is excellent, as you'd expect.
Mic: tested by recording myself using both Microsoft Teams and Quicktime, the mic quality is very good. In keeping with other bluetooth headsets it's not quite as natural sounding as a wired mic, but the active noise cancellation really does work remarkably well to suppress background noise, which is the killer feature for working from home. The rigid boom seems to be a good length also - I have regular conference calls with people who use the predecessor to this headset, the Evolve 65, which has a longer mic boom that places the mic more directly in front of the mouth, and that seems to sound more 'clipped' and often picks up quite harsh breath noise, which doesn't happen with the 75, at least for me. The other killer feature of these is 'sidetone', which pipes a little audio from the mic back into the earphones so you can hear yourself speak, which makes speaking much more natural. I really notice the difference compared to another headset I have that doesn't have this, which is like talking underwater in comparison and quite distracting. The level is adjustable using the desktop software, but I've found the default to be pretty much spot on. Flipping up the boom to mute the mic is a nice feature, and there's a voice prompt to let you know when you mute or unmute.
Range: good enough - similar to other bluetooth headsets I've used, which is good enough to walk to the next room and make coffee without dropping signal. Ironically if I go further from my desk it always seems to lose connection with its own dongle before it loses connection with the iPad - contrary to Jabra's claims that the dongle offers significantly increased range compared to using native bluetooth. It may just be that the dongle is a little shielded where I have it, though.
Battery life: excellent, as advertised, 14 hours or so - I leave these switched on all day for work and can go two full days on one charge. Have only had these for a few months, though, so it remains to be seen how battery life holds up over time.
ANC (noise cancellation for the earphones): not great. Switching it on does reduce background noise a bit, moreso for low frequencies, but the level of isolation is nowhere near as good as my old Bose QC25s.
Comfort: good. As they are on-ear, they can get a little sore on the ears after an extended period, but it's very minor; I often wear these for 7 or 8 hours in a day of back-to-back calls.
Price: astronomical. This is the major con - for the price of these you can buy some pretty high quality 'audiophile' wired headphones, and the price has gone up considerably even since April when I bought mine. Still, they work as advertised, so I'm happy.
If you're connected through multiple devices and "Device A" is about to trigger a notification, the headset will switch with that click and sound the notification, from "Device A". Suppose you muted the device, the headset still sends the click, ignoring the fact the device is muted and should not in fact trigger audible notifications at all. While this may not seem like a big problem on the surface, if you're in a call on "Device B" and "Device A" is connected, when "Device A" sends a notification, the headset will switch to it, and what I've found that does is it makes "Device B" lose connection to the headset, effectively interrupting the active call. I can confirm this is the case with Skype calls and it's annoying, as some devices aren't able to automatically take the headset connection back, so now, you have to drop the call and redial. Imagine you're speaking on Skype on "Device B", while on "Device A" someone is sending you instant messages every 10 seconds to a minute. Yeah... That call will not work.
Otherwise the headset is good and if you're planning to use it on a single device and not worry about multiple connected devices, then there should be no problem. I wish that "click" which announces incoming notification could be switched off, as I see absolutely no purpose to that - and it interrupts BT connections, as described above. What's it trying to accomplish? Notify me about an incoming notification? This is a feature that needs to be removed in 2020. Tech is supposed to be smarter and lightweight.

The only gripe I have is that the wireless reception seems too short. The connection gets patchy when I am barely more than 3-4m away.

It started with the battery, which lasted for around 2 days in the beginning, now barely makes it through the day. Then the range started to decrease drastically, now I can barely get 15 feet from my desk and the people on the other line say I sound like a robot, or I cut out intermittently. ***This affects my job! just today a customer made a comment and asked my manager why they couldn't buy me better headphones.*** I played it off that is was my battery was dying, and promptly switched to my wired headphones... FYI It WAS NOT the battery - they had charged all night prior to this important call.
I am switching from 5 star to 2 star - they are\were super nice headphones, just that they have gone to hell over time - for the price they should last a LOT longer - I've treated these headphones like gold, put them in case every night etc - there is no reason for this drop in quality.
*** OLD REVIEW Please see the above for update ***
WOAH! Super nice. I just received this device, time will tell. But first impressions are these headphones were worth every penny. I him-haw around for about a week before finally deciding on these ones and I am glad I did so far.
They are very comfy and the headphones block out a lot of sound. The range isn't that far in my house through a bunch of walls (6 to the bedroom, about 30 feet), but the LOS range is about what they say it is when unblocked. I had a USB extender cable and I put the Link 370 on it and ran it up the wall to my desk, that improved my range drastically going through walls.Im going to get a USB3 extender cable and see if that makes it any better (probably wont).
