This is a really great introduction to JavaScript. I had no knowledge of JavaScript prior to reading this book and now I can create interactive apps (still learning though!).
However, while it certainly could be used to teach kids JavaScript it would likely need to be with the guidance of an adult depending on their age.
This would be a great book for a parent/child endeavour.
I highly recommend it for any person who wants to learn to code or has a child who wants to learn to code.
