This box looks good from the outside, but arrived locked, factory combination didn't work. I emailed the manufacturer as directed but no action has happened, and the time limit for amazon returns is approaching. Returned through amazon.

The product itself is splendid. I have the same exact medium-sized cash box from this guy in blue and I have no complaints whatsoever. Even with this pink cash box, for the most part there isn't much to critique on it. Except for one thing which caused me to order a replacement, only to find out that the replacement was going to have the exact same problem as the first one! Hence the reason for me LITERALLY going OUT OF MY WAY to leave this negative review. Even though I I have much more important things to worry about like the Coronavirus plaguing the whole world right now. Needless to say, it is/was VERY important to me that I have a cash box and that it's in perfectly good working condition inside and out with no functional or cosmetic defects.

However that wasn't the case for the box that I had received in the mail. I had to hold the top lid in a specific angle in order for it to close properly. This was due to the fact that it had a small indentation on the side of the lid. On account of it being a steel box, I really doubt that it could have been caused by mishandling on the shipping/delivery side of things. That, PLUS everything else being in pristine condition. This is my first time even leaving a review like this so I'm not even sure if I can upload photos with this review or not but if I have the option to than you better believe I'll be on top of it.

The lock box i received is either defective and/or did not provide the right code to open. Overall the box is cheap, do not buy if you have very expensive items to store. Because i’m sure i could pry it open with a screwdriver. Just spent the extra money to get a better quality lock box. sincerely, someone stuck with a random pink box that doesn’t open.

My favorite part about this box is that you can change your code easily at any time so if someone gets into it you can make sure it won’t happen again. It’s a nice size. Not too small and not too big. I keep my medication in it to keep it away from little ones and it’s perfect. It could easily hold checkbooks, money, jewelry, things like that. It’s not being enough to hold files or anything of that sort.

Cute. Small. Easy to operate. Not what I thought though. This is more like a cash box for a school fundraiser. Seems like it wouldn't take much to break in. It will work for now however, I will probably just spend the money and purchase a real safe. Goal is to feel comfortable in knowing your money and belongings are safe and securely protected. This product doesn't make me feel that way.

I use this box to lock up keys for a junk-food cabinet in our home. (No judgement; i have 4 boys and they would weigh 300lbs if they had unsupervised access to it! I have to be able to control the distribution of the snacks.). Anyway, great little box. Serves it's purpose, and I love the pink!
