About Julie Harrington RD
Julie Harrington, RD, is a New Jersey based registered dietitian and chef nationally recognized as a food and nutrition expert. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University. She went on to complete her Dietetic Internship at the College of Saint Elizabeth.
Cooking has always given Julie joy because of its powerful ability to connect people together. She was always intrigued by the way food can impact your health and decided to follow her passion to dive deeper into learning through culinary school and becoming a registered dietitian.
She is the creator and owner of Julie Harrington Consulting LLC at julieharringtonrd.com, as a culinary nutrition consultant where she shares nutrition expertise and showcases simple and delicious recipes.
Julie’s passion is to educate others about nutrition through food and giving them the tools they need to build confidence in the kitchen. It’s her mission to help others appreciate all the delicious ways foods can be prepared so they can fall in love with it again and again.
She currently resides in New Jersey with her official recipe taste tester and soon to be husband and their corgi, Wally.
